Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with banking products and services to tailor recommendations.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and address needs.
• Explain banking solutions clearly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Encourage use of Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet clients' banking goals.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and adhere to policies.
