Job summary

JPMorganChase is hiring a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to deliver hospitality and tailored banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using financial knowledge to advise on products and services.

The role requires strong communication, sales experience, and compliance with banking regulations. It involves branch hours including weekends; you will help customers leverage Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for banking needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients - elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail - consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses via JPMC licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
