Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and to deliver tailored financial solutions. You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships using your financial knowledge and technology tools to simplify customers’ lives.

You will educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, while meeting regulatory obligations and collaborating with product specialists to address complex financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone, tailoring solutions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent; licenses required per policy.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
