Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Regular, 1st shift position in the United States. You will provide timely, accurate client transactions and educate customers on digital banking options.

The role includes outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, with opportunities to contribute to branch team goals. The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of teller or client service experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling complex and standard transactions and uncovering client needs.
• Educate clients on digital and self‑service banking options.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
