Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time Banker who will provide timely client transactions with accuracy and courtesy. You’ll educate clients on digital banking and participate in outbound outreach to identify needs, supporting Integrated Relationship Management to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation while handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay compliant.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
• Handle proportionate workload based on branch demands.
