Job summary

Truist is recruiting for a Regular, full-time teller/customer service role on the 1st shift in the United States. You will handle client transactions, educate on digital self-service tools, and assist with outbound calls and Integrated Relationship Management activities.

Required are a high school diploma and 2 years of teller or client service experience, plus strong communication and PC skills. Weekend/extended hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build client relationships.
• Ability to multi-task and use basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide client transactions accurately and professionally.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales/IRM activities; outbound calling when needed.
• Comply with policies and risk management guidelines.
• Assist with new accounts and issue resolution as needed.
• Attend trainings and improve product knowledge.
