Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Retail Banking role in the United States. You will provide timely client service, handle transactions, and educate customers on digital banking options including ATMs and mobile banking. You’ll also support sales through outbound calls and referrals while upholding risk controls.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of teller/customer service experience, and ability to travel and work weekends as needed. Training and IRM familiarity are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and weekend work
• Proficiency with PC keyboard and basic computer applications

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with accurate transactions and courteous interactions
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (ATMs, Online, Mobile)
• Support sales through outbound calls and client referrals
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Pursue product and knowledge training and attend meetings/web-based learning
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution
