JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver outstanding client experiences in our branch network. You will grow and manage client relationships by understanding financial needs and offering thoughtful solutions, while guiding clients through Chase technology and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

You will work with a team to provide personalized service, manage inquiries, and foster trust through proactive communication. Weekend and some evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Willingness to complete regulatory training and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs, anticipate them, and build trust.
• Educate clients on Chase technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
