Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Ability to convey product features and benefits to clients with varying needs.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and detailed orientation to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and tailor financial solutions and services.
• Educate clients on technology tools like mobile apps and online banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and collaborate with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
