Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a client-focused professional to provide industry-leading service in person and by phone. You will help develop and expand client relationships by offering financial solutions through consultative conversations and referrals to internal partners.

The role includes potential teller duties as needed, with emphasis on meeting client service and branch sales targets while maintaining compliance with internal controls and risk policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provides industry leading client service in person and on the phone to develop and expand client relationships.
• Offers financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals to other business partners.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Exercises advanced proficiency with client maintenance requests and resolution of issues.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by promoting products and services.
