Truist Financial in the United States is seeking a client-focused professional to grow and maintain relationships through consultative conversations and cross-selling opportunities. You will assist with teller duties as needed while delivering exceptional service to both in-branch and phone clients.

Responsibilities include handling routine maintenance, meeting sales targets, referring complex needs to specialists, and participating in leadership routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing and locale changes.
• Weekend and/or extended hours capability with occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and sales tasks.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies.
• Greet clients and assist them in navigating the branch.
