Job summary

Truist is seeking a Retail Banking professional to deliver exceptional client service in person and over the phone, while expanding client relationships with financial solutions. The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties as needed and contributing to branch sales goals through consultative conversations.

You will advise on consumer lending options, conduct loan applications, and collaborate with internal specialists to meet client financial goals, all while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must have 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days; NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints; willingness to travel.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours; possible travel.
