Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and on the phone.
• Cross trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by offering appropriate products.
• Support sales process by advising and referring more complex needs to specialists.
• Adhere to policies and risk management procedures to ensure compliance.
