Job summary

You will be cross‑trained to perform teller duties, support branch sales targets, and collaborate with internal specialists to address complex financial goals, all within a collaborative Retail Community Bank

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Supports team sales process by consultative conversations and referrals to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances sales techniques and product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Engages clients with courteous conversation, assisting with teller transactions when needed.
