Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality, using cutting-edge financial technology and providing thoughtful solutions to address clients' financial needs.

You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships through expert knowledge and tailored recommendations. The role requires 1+ year of sales in banking, strong communication, and the ability to work weekend/evening hours, with necessary licenses

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
