Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch to lead client engagement and build lasting relationships with tailored financial solutions. You will represent the brand with hospitality, leverage digital banking tools, and collaborate with experts to meet clients' needs.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience, strong communication, and adherence to regulatory requirements. A high school diploma is required, and licensing (SIE/Series 6) must be obtained within 180 days

Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking/Financial Services with proven success.
Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; licensing within 180 days of hire.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
