JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch. You will build and manage client relationships, offer tailored financial solutions, and promote technology tools to enhance service experiences.

You will work to exceed client expectations, ensure compliance, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs in a fast-paced banking environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking with client acquisition.
• Ability to create memorable experiences and elevate client service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Meet risk/compliance obligations and complete required training.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain via licensing program within 180 days.
• Available to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first with attentive, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients and build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
