You will manage assigned clients, build lasting relationships, educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile, and collaborate with a team of specialists to meet diverse financial needs while adhering to risk and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Must meet risk/compliance requirements and complete required training.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor financial solutions.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
