• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn banking products and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to regulatory banking requirements and internal risk controls.
