Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in a branch, delivering welcoming, knowledgeable service to clients and building strong, lasting relationships.

You will use banking solutions and technology to meet client needs, educate customers, and connect them with experts for specialized financial needs. The role requires weekend/evening shifts and a focus on compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensure within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
