Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and provide attentive, friendly service
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
