Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality, build lasting client relationships, and apply the latest banking solutions to meet financial needs.

You will meet with clients in person or by phone, explain Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM tools, and collaborate with our team of experts to offer thoughtful, compliant solutions while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet compliance obligations, including required training.
High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and exceed their expectations — deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs.
Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to our team of experts for specialized needs.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
