Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in a branch setting. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and improve client lives.

You will work with teammates to deliver personalized banking experiences, leveraging Chase digital tools and in-branch services to meet clients’ financial needs and grow the branch portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in gaining new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone, able to tailor product benefits to varied client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
