Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York City is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch to deliver hospitality and financial solutions.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using your knowledge to offer thoughtful banking options that meet their needs and enhance their financial well-being. You will guide clients through banking solutions, leverage Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and work with a team of experts to ensure accurate, compliant service while building trust

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training requirements.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses required.
• Willing to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
