Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch, delivering hospitality and friendly service while building strong, lasting client relationships.

You will leverage banking solutions and technology to meet clients' financial needs and contribute to branch success. The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with compliance standards, including licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet compliance obligations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships, understanding financial needs and tailoring recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients, building trust and anticipating needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support their banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult clients and connect them to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
