Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent; licensing within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor financial solutions.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile app and online banking.
