Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years retail banking experience for Client Relationship Consultant 2.
• 4–5 years retail banking experience for Client Relationship Consultant 3.
• 5+ years retail banking experience for Client Relationship Consultant 4.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Collaborates with branch teams to serve clients and meet financial needs.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions with a digital-first approach.
