Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail banking experience or commensurate training (for CL1).
• 3–4 years retail banking experience (for CL2).
• 4–5 years retail banking experience (for CL3).
• 5+ years retail banking experience (for CL4).

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engages and communicates with clients to assess needs and explain banking products and services.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options to meet financial needs.
• Leverages resources to optimize client experience and maintain accuracy.
