• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests including credit applications.
• Educate clients on deposit/loan products and digital tools to meet financial goals.
• Proactively outreach to clients and identify solutions based on their needs and channel preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of retail banking products, policies, and support systems for accurate recommendations.
