This role handles customer communications throughout the sales process, coordinates deliveries, and ensures a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through project completion, while supporting strong relationships and service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven success in sales, account management, or customer service-oriented role.
• An understanding of construction, agriculture, building supply or related industries, a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience with scheduling or dispatching, preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, required.
• Demonstrated community involvement, desired.
