Job summary

Opensity Solutions LLC is seeking a Client Relations Director to lead client relationships, drive operational excellence, and foster business development across multiple client sites. You will supervise a team of up to 100 employees and report to the VP or SVP of Client Relations, guiding strategic initiatives and ensuring long‑term client retention.

The role requires strong financial acumen, deep service delivery knowledge, and exceptional communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
• 8–12+ years in client services, account management, operations, or service delivery leadership roles; large teams/complex environments preferred.
• CRM and reporting systems proficiency; Excel/PowerPoint for executive reporting; familiarity with workforce management or service delivery platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for hospitality and workplace experience programs across client sites.
• Serve as senior advisor translating client needs into scalable, high‑performing experience strategies.
• Establish vision and service philosophy for hospitality and WPX aligned with client culture and brand.
