Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required.
• 8–12+ years in client services, account management, operations or service delivery leadership.
• Experience leading large teams and complex client environments; CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for hospitality and workplace experience programs.
• Serve as senior advisor to clients and internal leadership.
• Establish strategic vision and service philosophy for WPX and hospitality.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to enhance workplace experiences.
• Lead design and evolution of integrated workplace experience strategies.
• Drive innovation in service delivery, technology, and operating models.
• Establish enterprise‑level service standards and performance measures.
• Use client feedback and market insights to identify opportunities and solutions.
• Provide executive mentorship to operational leaders and drive accountability.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align workplace experience with business priorities.
