Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL in New York seeks an Ambassador of the Maison to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering a unique client experience across touchpoints. You will participate in daily boutique operations and actively develop your client portfolio.

The role requires 2–5 years’ luxury retail experience, strong product knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, is essential; travel for trainings and events may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of previous luxury retail experience.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service focus.
• MS Office and SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and exceed monthly goals per management guidance.
• Deliver outstanding service and cultivate lasting client relationships.
• Maintain boutique standards, assist with daily operations and inventory.
• Support in-store events and client outreach activities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and Cartier brand standards.
