Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL seeks a senior leader to drive business development for its boutique by building strong client relationships and executing a strategic sales plan. You will lead client outreach, CRM initiatives, and a high-performing sales and care service team to meet ambitious targets.

The role requires 8–10 years of luxury retail or hospitality management, direct reports experience, and travel for training and events. SAP proficiency is a plus, and a business-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to develop business with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of outstanding client relationships and memorable client experiences.
• Drive sales and care service teams to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement proactive sales strategies based on market opportunities.
• Partners with boutique leadership and PR to optimize CRM, outreach, and repurchase rates.
• Oversee boutique operations, inventories, audits, and cost control.
