Job summary

Source1, a Buyers Edge Platform DPN brand, seeks a Client Manager to drive revenue by expanding programs across existing accounts. You will work closely with the Sales team, acting as the primary client liaison, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders.

Required are English/Spanish bilingual skills, 4-year degree preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Travel up to 10% is expected; excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
• Customer service and sales calling experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Salesforce or other CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and current accounts to add revenue by introducing new programs.
• Collaborate with Sales team to service clients and upsell opportunities.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with clients; communicate updates and needs.
• Be the primary client contact within Source1; coordinate with internal departments.
• Log all activities in CRM and ensure client data accuracy.
• Travel up to 10% to meet clients and drive relationships.
