Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a Program Manager to lead a high-performing program for a client, driving value and business results. You will hire, coach, and mentor the team, coordinate with client leadership, and direct program plans, forecasts, and reporting with CRM tools.

A strong background in sales programs and cross-functional leadership is required. Responsibilities include managing the program P&L, performance reviews, and process improvements, with heavy interaction at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct program activities to meet financial and performance targets.
• Direct functions and performance within the program, including oversight of activity.
• Manage client commitments and expectations; monitor objectives and provide feedback.
• Coach and develop team members to drive performance and exceed goals.
• Define, plan, and measure team objectives; leverage CRM for management and reporting.
