A growing organization is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing business relationships. This role is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and executing sales initiatives that support organizational growth objectives.
The successful candidate will be a motivated sales professional with a strong track record of developing business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
- Execute sales strategies designed to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development metrics.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client needs and business objectives.
- Represent the organization in a professional manner at industry and networking events.
- Achieve established performance goals and key performance indicators.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of five years of successful business development, sales, account management, or related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close complex sales opportunities.
- Experience managing customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to perform standard office and computer-based work activities.
- Occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Travel required based on business needs.
