Job summary

Buyers Edge Platform seeks a Client Manager to oversee new and current accounts, driving revenue by introducing additional programs. You will collaborate with the Sales team and act as the primary client contact, requiring energy and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include weekly outreach, meetings with clients, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction. Travel up to 10% may be required, with CRM-based tracking of all activities.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales experience or customer service background is preferred.
• CRM experience such as Salesforce or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and current client accounts and drive revenue by upselling programs.
• Maintain regular contact with clients through calls and meetings to review objectives and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
• Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews, tracking progress in CRM systems.
