Job summary

Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking an Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative in the United States to manage client communications and oversee samples entering the laboratory. You will ensure accurate tracking and proactive client support, coordinating closely with operations.

The role requires a High School diploma, 2+ years of customer service, and strong English proficiency. Shift Tue-Sat, 10:30am–7:00pm with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
• Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation to ensure accuracy and proper sample tracking.
• Assist walk-in clients with sample submission, provide information on services and project preparation.
• Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system.
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.
• Process credit card transactions using Stripe.
• Provide clients with supplies.
• Stocking front office supplies and snacks for clients and staff
• Ability to assist with administrative and laboratory tasks as necessary
