Job summary

Eurofins Laboratory is seeking a Laboratory Relations Specialist to manage communication between project management and lab staff at our on-site facility in the United States. The role emphasizes timely responses to emails, accurate tracking of shipments, and collaboration across departments.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and solid computer skills. Training follows standard hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical communication between project management and lab staff.
• Track shipping status and due dates for subcontracted jobs; assist management as needed.
• Manage sample shipping within the laboratory network and maintain project records.
• Generate Excel reports and maintain department tracking spreadsheets.
• Attend meetings and support cross-training across departments.
