Eurofins USA Food Testing is seeking a client services assistant to facilitate information flow between clients and the lab, ensuring timely responses and clear communication. You will support quote preparation, manage sample data, and assist with inquiries in a fast-paced testing environment.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a scientific background, and customer service experience; travel may be required to attend trade shows or client visits.

Qualificações

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills. Responsive, independent problem solver and action oriented.
• Undergraduate degree in scientific field with no experience OR Associate degree with 2 years of client management or customer service experience.
• Customer service experience preferred. Experience in a laboratory environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate information exchange between clients and lab staff via email and phone.
• Respond to client requests within the SLA timeframe.
• Ensure clients receive clear communication, good service, and fast turnaround times.
• Translate technical information and testing problems for clients.
• Monitor turnaround times to support accurate quotations and inform management of deviations.
• Coordinate and track sample data for accounts needing special reporting.
• File customer complaints when needed and appropriate.
• Provide clerical support including quote preparation.
