Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Client Priority Specialist to maintain client records and assist clients with updates. You will interact with internal and external clients, require a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-minded approach.

You’ll handle account inquiries, support website logins, and communicate via phone and email, contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Onsite attendance is required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Onsite attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining accounts.
• Supporting website logins.
• Handling general account inquiries.
• Assisting clients, both internal and external, via phone and email.
• Drafting and mailing letters and notifications to clients.
• Reviewing conditions supplied for applications.
• Various projects as assigned by leadership.
