Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Customer Care Servicing Specialist to be the primary liaison with mortgage clients, delivering exceptional service and guiding clients as needed. The role emphasizes phone contact and strong relationship management within the Servicing team on site.

Responsibilities include handling incoming and outbound calls, responding to emails, and supporting sub-servicer operations while cross-training across Servicing disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in customer service handling high call volumes or 1+ year in mortgage industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas, PivotTables).
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment; ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude; eager to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Onsite, full-time attendance.

Responsibilities
