United Wholesale Mortgage, LLC invites applications for an Entry Client Solutions Specialist to support client accounts and assist with updates. You will interact with internal and external clients, maintain records, and respond to inquiries by phone and email with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Onsite attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining accounts.
• Supporting website logins.
• Handling general account inquiries.
• Assisting clients, both internal and external, via phone and email.
• Drafting and mailing letters and notifications to clients.
• Reviewing conditions supplied for applications.
• Various projects as assigned by leadership.
