Job summary

UWM is seeking a Client Priority Specialist to maintain client records and assist clients with updates. You will interact with internal and external clients daily, requiring a positive team player with a strong work ethic and a high sense of urgency.

Key duties include updating accounts, supporting website logins, handling inquiries, and drafting letters to clients. You will work on assignments from leadership and strive for accuracy and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is preferred
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Onsite attendance is required

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining accounts

• Handling general account inquiries
• Assisting clients, both internal and external, via phone and email
• Drafting and mailing letters and notifications to clients
