United Wholesale Mortgage in Michigan seeks a Customer Care Servicing Specialist to be the primary contact for mortgage clients. You will answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, respond to emails, and work with reports while supporting our sub-servicer.

This onsite role focuses on phone-based client interaction within the Servicing team. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service or mortgage industry, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in customer service with high call volume or mortgage industry experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel (vlookups, formulas, PivotTables).

Responsibilities

• Accepting incoming calls from all clients.
• Making outbound calls to clients.
• Responding to emails from clients.
• Working various reports as assigned.
• Aiding and overseeing our sub-servicer.
• Cross-training to learn other areas of our Servicing team.
