Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Customer Care Servicing Specialist to act as a primary contact for mortgage clients, maintaining long-standing relationships and advising as needed. The role focuses on phone contact with clients within the Servicing team and requires excellent client service skills.

Responsibilities include handling incoming and outbound calls, responding to emails, and supporting the sub-servicer while cross-training across Servicing areas.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in customer service dealing with high call volumes or 1+ year in mortgage industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel including vlookups, formulas and PivotTables.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to multitask and adapt.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Onsite, full-time attendance.

Responsibilities
