Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC in West Columbia, South Carolina, seeks a Client Project Manager I to oversee project setup, sample receipt, status monitoring, and reporting in alignment with client requirements. This role handles up to $2M in revenue and requires a strong client-focused service mindset.

You will onboard new clients, configure data in LIMS, maintain relationships, coordinate with lab teams, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of customer service experience.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with LIMS or similar systems.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients, provides training and sets up initial client profile and data in LIMS.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships; acts as primary contact for inquiries.
• Coordinates with lab functions to ensure timely completion and resolution of issues.
• Monitors client health and retention, identifies upsell opportunities with sales/ops.
• Reviews deliverables for quality and communicates status to clients and internal teams.
