Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the area of assignment and 8+ years of experience.
• Master’s degree or PhD preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience with highly specialized or technical programs or operations.
• Strong knowledge of program administration, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a lead to staff, including providing work direction, guidance, and training.
• Oversees complex forms and documents, databases, and related materials.
• Provides advanced analysis and guidance to staff and management.
• Conducts research and provides recommendations to resolve issues; coordinates resources and responses as needed.
• Analyzes operations and results to identify trends and present recommendations.
