Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services in Sheridan, WY, is hiring a Client Project Coordinator for an on-site, full-time role with Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

You will provide critical administrative and coordination support to the Project Management team, serving as a liaison between project management and sample receiving to ensure smooth intake, setup, and execution of client work. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business, chemistry, biology, or related field, plus one year

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a related field.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process project management forms, documents, and databases.
• Serve as liaison for client project needs and guide internal Pace teams.
• Direct client calls to the appropriate Project Manager for follow-up.
• Schedule and enter bottle orders based on client needs.
• Review login dashboards and update information as needed.
• Contribute to budgeting, timelines, and staffing for projects.
